HOW DOES PICO LASER DIFFER FROM OTHER LASER TREATMENT?
The advantage of using Pico laser lies in the different approach it has towards breaking down ink particles. Whilst other laser treatment uses intense heat to warm up the ink and fractures it, Pico laser uses light energy to break down the ink into smaller particles absorbable by the body. The rapid heat increase of other laser treatment works well to blow apart the ink, but Pico laser is doing better job by slowly dissolving it.
As a result, Pico laser procedure is not as painful as other treatments, as it doesn’t disturb neighbouring cells and focus only on the ink. It also helps to reduce the healing time and fading the ink faster compared to other treatments.
